Pyrrha (GALAVOTTI), heartbroken, grieves an unreciprocated love for Selene the Moon (CHEN). Driven by her passions, Pyrrha calls on Apate (FERRANTE), Daughter of the Night, to steal the crown of the spirit’s own sister, Selene. Motivated by her own interests to spoil Selene’s throne, Apate schemes to sneak into the High Isle.

STORY
A jilted mortal calls on the Spirit of Deceit to thieve the crown of her renegade lover, the Goddess of the Moon.
Greek tragedy meets the Paris Opera Ballet
A version of the ancient Greek myth of Selene, the goddess of the moon, and her human lover Endymion. An original story that goes beyond mythology, the choreographers evoke the effervescent and universal relationships of lovers and familial relationships as dance establishes a dialogue between fashion and movement.
